Installation
============

The requirements for installing AtomPacker are:

* ase
* biopython
* MDAnalysis
* numpy
* pandas
* plotly
* pyKVFinder

To install the latest release on `PyPI <https://pypi.org/project/AtomPacker>`_, run:

.. code-block:: bash

    pip install AtomPacker


Or, to install the development version, run:

.. code-block:: bash

    pip install git+https://github.com/cnpem/AtomPacker.git
